As an ex-Marine, R.C. Hawley believes in pushing your body’s limits with Intense Workouts.

His workouts will include various styles such as:

Boxing: A stand-up discipline which incorporates effective punches, defense moves and footwork.

Muay Thai Kickboxing: A deadly Traditional Thai Boxing discipline which enables you to utilize your own body parts as striking weapons with punches, kicks, knees & elbows to it’s fullest potential.

Submission fighting: Is a combination of Controlling and disabling opponents, with grappling, wrestling and submission techniques.

Weapons: We will show you the basics of the uses of a number of different weapons and how to effectively disarm potential attackers.

Self- Defense: A realistic and practical approach to defend oneself, though the use of breaking points, escape tactics and verbal defense.
